Tricia has been practicing yoga for over 30 years. "I was initially drawn to yoga like so many other people, to become more flexible, manage my stress and to stretch out my sore muscles from working out at the gym and being active. My yoga practice has adapted and changed along with me as I have aged and proves that yoga can be practiced, enjoyed and beneficial for a lifetime. Yoga has helped me cope with emotional and physical changes and has made me more present and calm. It feeds and replenishes my mind, body and spirit and I became a teacher to help others".
Tricia has trained with Travis Elliot, Lauren Eckstrom, Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman-Yee, Rod Stryker, Ashley Turner, Seane Corn, Diane Bruni, Leslie Kaminoff, Natasha Rizopoulos
Tricia offers information about mindful living and teaches yoga, meditation and mindful coaching. "It is so important to our happiness and wellbeing to live mindfully and intentionally. Yoga is available to everyone but it is about learning and adapting yoga poses so that yoga can be practiced safely for a lifetime. Cultivating a meditation practice comes in all forms and can be adapted to your needs. Creating a vision board helps to focus on living mindfully with intention. What is important to me, is to share what I have learned with students and that these mindful practices are available to everyone; regardless of their level of experience, age or ability".
